Associate Engagement Senior Specialist


About the Role


We are looking for a highly analytical and people-focused Associate Engagement Senior Specialist to support and enhance engagement across Abdul Latif Jameel. This role is responsible for designing and managing employee surveys, developing dashboards, generating insights, and supporting engagement initiatives across all affiliates.

You will play a key role in elevating the associate experience through data, insights, and impactful engagement actions.


Key Responsibilities

Survey Management, Data Analysis & Insights

  • Design, develop, and launch employee engagement and experience surveys across all ALJ affiliates.
  • Manage survey communication and ensure clarity and reach across the organization.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to present key findings and insights.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and BI analytical platforms.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and HR stakeholders.

Engagement Actions & Special Projects

  • Coordinate entity-level engagement action plans with HR SPOCs and business leaders.
  • Support execution of employee experience initiatives aligned with the Associate Experience strategy.
  • Prepare forms, reports, tracking tools, and monitoring sheets to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the General Manager – Associate Engagement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years total experience, including 3–4 years in surveys & employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Qualtrics is a Must.
  • This is a remote role, open to candidates residing in Egypt or India.
