D3 Search is actively recruiting an accomplished Employment Law Associate Attorney for a well-established & highly respected CA-based employment ~ plaintiff law practice.

Employment Law Associate Attorney

  • Important Note: 5 - 7 years employment law (plaintiff) experience is REQUIRED.

100% fully remote role.


Employment Status:

Direct hire/full-time employment opportunity.


Employer Work Model:

Law firm/employer embraces a 100% FULLY REMOTE WORK MODEL, but the selected candidate MUST reside within the state of California.


Summary:

Respected employment law practice seeks an accomplished Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing practice.


Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience, including the below qualifications:


  • Employment law ~ plaintiff experience
  • Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
  • Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of employment matters representing employees nationwide.
  • Admission & in good standing with the California State Bar is REQUIRED.


Annual Salary/Compensation:

Annual salary range is 175K - 225K (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive & robust benefits package, unlimited PTO, 100% fully remote work model, seasoned support staff, etc.


Bonuses/Commissions:

Lucrative/uncapped bonus potential. Up to, or exceeding, 100% of annual base pay.
