🧭 About the Internship

This internship is not just about completing tasks — it's about understanding the inner workings of how a startup evolves, scales, and responds to market challenges in real time.

You will gain close exposure to:

Strategic decision-making
Brand development and global expansion planning
Operations and workflow design
Team structuring and cross-functional coordination
Market research, growth strategy, and execution bottlenecks

Working alongside the founder, you’ll witness not just the victories — but the constraints, the pivots, and the process that transforms an idea into a globally scalable company.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Assist the founder in daily operations, strategic planning, and execution

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Help coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and track progress across departments

Support in drafting presentations, internal communications, and strategy documents

Document key learnings, insights, and project roadmaps

Engage with both SkinRush and X Combinator projects based on priority and timeline

🔍 Ideal Candidate Profile

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn across domains

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)

Interested in startups, business strategy, and entrepreneurship

Available for at least 2 months with task-based flexibility
