Your Role

The Assistant Partner internship is a remote, all-year program designed for individuals passionate about business management and strategy. As an intern, you will assist in developing business plans, supporting portfolio businesses, providing consulting insights, optimizing business processes, and contributing to strategies. You'll work closely with partners to drive impactful results while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of business and investment management.


Your Profile

  • Recent graduate or graduating senior undergraduate of a degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, Management and Business Administration
  • Understanding of Business Processes and passion for a career in Management Consulting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with effective time management
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and strategic growth
