The ideal candidate is independent, reliable, and capable of working under pressure, ensuring smooth daily sales operations and swift responses to the team. Someone with sales operations experience in an IT Industry with excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch support to our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately add and update contact information and account details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Update and maintain the ticketing system to ensure all tickets are properly documented and up to date.
- Assist in reviewing and analysing quotes and offers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the team to compile and maintain a comprehensive list of upcoming renewals.
- Filter and categorize leads based on predefined criteria.
- Support the Sales Operations Team Lead with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Facilitates communication and follow-up with clients to keep them informed about the status of their deals and requests.
- Act as a liaison to ensure that all parts of the sales operations processes are connected, from initial contact through to post-sale and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales operations associate role or account management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Reliable, quick thinker, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
