Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Assistant Lecturer. The Assistant Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering lectures, organizing and evaluating assignments and exams, and supporting students in their academic progress. They will collaborate with other faculty members to develop curricula and contribute to the advancement of the university. Additional responsibilities include engaging in research activities, participating in academic events, and assisting in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in subject-area teaching, instructional design, and classroom management
Strong skills in research, critical analysis, and academic writing
Effective verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
Organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills
Master's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced specialization or PhD is an advantage
Demonstrated commitment to student success and academic excellence
Knowledge of international education standards and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
