Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Business Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our organisation by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. We are a trusted firm providing architectural, planning, and structural engineering services for homeowners, builders, and developers across the UK.
You don't need to be technical - just confident talking to people, good at following up leads, and interested in property or construction. We'll provide the training, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, online platforms, and your local network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
- Speak with homeowners, builders, and developers planning extensions or new builds
- Introduce our services and forward on qualified leads to our architects and engineers
- Keep a light-touch follow-up to ensure clients are happy and projects move forward

What we offer
- Flexible hours - full or part-time to suit you
- Uncapped commission - typically £125 to £500 per completed project, with potential for higher rewards for larger developments.
- Approx £500 to £2000 per month, assumed initially depending on hours/input - you choose!

- No admin or quoting required - we handle all technical and project details.
