Role Description

This is a full-time remote Assistant role at NovaNexa Creations. In this role, you will provide administrative and organizational support by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and assisting with project management tasks. Daily responsibilities include document preparation, scheduling, data entry, correspondence, and supporting the instructional design team in their deliverables. The Assistant will play an integral role in ensuring that the workflow is streamlined and projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, document management, and data entry
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to ensure seamless collaboration and support for the team
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Experience in supporting creative or instructional design projects is a plus
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a remote work environment
  • An ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience is preferred
