Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and dedicated AI Researcher with a passion for gaming and applied AI research. You will join our core research team in developing new data types for labs focusing on multi-expert interactions, such as therapist-patient dynamics, competitive gaming, and strategic gameplay analysis. This role offers the opportunity to influence pioneering research with leading AI labs like DeepMind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the core research team to design and build the vetting architecture of expert interactions, with a primary focus on gaming scenarios.
- Develop and implement a human-in-the-loop pipeline for producing high-quality human data.
- Partner with foundation-model companies to conduct downstream quality checks and validations.
- Publish initial findings quickly and prepare comprehensive research papers for leading AI journals and conferences.
- Engage in quick prototyping and iterating on research concepts.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to convey research outcomes and potential collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in production-grade Python programming.
- Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph technologies.
- Experience in multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement data-processing pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in publishing high-impact AI research papers.
- A background in gaming, with a deep understanding of competitive gaming dynamics.
- Previous collaboration with leading AI research labs.
