Role Description: Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Remote)We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our remote-first team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, building smart systems that interact, reason, and learn from real-world data.
You will lead the development and deployment of AI models for language, voice, and decision-making systems. This includes building NLP pipelines, training neural networks, integrating large language models (LLMs), and implementing intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain and graph-based reasoning engines.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy AI models for NLP, voice, and multi-modal systems
- Work with speech-to-text and text-to-speech models (e.g., Whisper, Coqui, Bark)
- Build agent architectures using LangChain, vector databases, and graph-based tools
- Implement pattern recognition, neural networks, and reinforcement learning systems
- Collaborate with product, backend, and UX teams to embed intelligence into real-world products
- Conduct research, rapid prototyping, and model fine-tuning for task-specific AI
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time applications (e.g., logistics, decision support)
- Contribute to architecture decisions involving distributed systems and AI reasoning
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, and Neural Networks
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience with voice AI systems: STT (e.g., Whisper, DeepSpeech) and TTS (e.g., Coqui, Bark)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, and knowledge graphs
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, TensorFlow)
- Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
