- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and driving revenue growth in a specific geographic area.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and team management experience to guide and support team members effectively.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and partnerships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools, as well as strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic sales environment and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Experience in the home products, furniture, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
