Role Description

Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential customers.
Introduce renewable energy or home improvement services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Build rapport and trust through active listening and clear communication.
Schedule appointments for qualified leads and accurately record details in our system.
Meet daily and weekly performance goals.

What We Offer

💵 $5/hour base pay.

💰 Bonuses: $15 per approved appointment | $30 per approved appointment sit.

🧠 Paid training, with compensation after successful completion.

🧭 Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday | 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PST (Part-Time)

Qualifications

Experience in appointment setter, specializing in home renovations or renewable energy (required).
Proficiency in appointment scheduling and booking.
Experience in lead generation and effective communication.
Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional support.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Fluent English.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
