About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Appointment Setter based in Manila to support our U.S. enterprise IT staffing and consulting business.

This role is focused on outbound phone outreach to hiring managers and IT decision-makers at companies running large-scale SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, data, integration, and PMO initiatives. Your primary responsibility is to secure qualified meetings for U.S.-based sales representatives within assigned territories.

This is not a closing role. It’s a high-impact appointment-setting position ideal for someone who thrives in outbound calling, organization, and consistent daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume outbound phone outreach to U.S.-based hiring managers and IT leaders
Personalize messaging based on company, industry, and technology environment
Book qualified meetings and appointments for U.S. sales representatives
Consistently complete 100+ outbound dials per day
Accurately log all activity, notes, and prospect data in Salesforce CRM

Qualifications

2+ years of U.S.-focused IT staffing, IT recruiting, or IT staffing sales experience preferred
5+ years of telemarketing or appointment-setting experience targeting enterprise organizations
Proven ability to consistently execute 100+ outbound calls per day
Strong English communication skills (minimum 4.5/5 written and verbal)
Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, data & analytics, integrations, PMO) is a strong plus
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours

Work Schedule

8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time

(Aligned to 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time)
