Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars efficiently. The role involves supporting lead generation efforts, maintaining effective communication with prospects, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to ensure efficient coordination and time management
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation to identify potential clients and contribute to business growth
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and prospects professionally and effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience for all stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain organized workflows
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-centric environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications in customer service or appointment scheduling are advantageous
