Role Description: Appointment Setter

Explogenn is looking for a sharp, reliable, and fast-responding Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in moving qualified leads from interest to booked meetings for our clients. You’ll handle the back-and-forth communication with leads, answer questions, nurture interest, and coordinate with both the prospect and client to confirm meetings at suitable times.

This is a remote, full-time position where speed, strong written English, and sharp sales communication instincts are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and schedule qualified sales appointments between leads and clients
  • Coordinate directly with clients to confirm and align appointment times
  • Respond to inbound and outbound lead communications within 5–10 minutes
  • Nurture leads via written sales communication, addressing objections, answering questions, and guiding them from interest to confirmed appointment
  • Generate and qualify new leads when needed through outbound prospecting and follow-ups
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with both clients and prospects
  • Track appointment status, confirmations, and follow-ups using CRM tools or internal systems


Qualifications
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong, persuasive communication skills
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support roles
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, real-time communication with multiple leads at once
  • Skilled in lead nurturing and written sales communication — moving leads through the pipeline via email, chat, or messaging platforms
  • Strong customer service mindset and the ability to represent client brands professionally
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable in a remote environment
  • Quick learner, coachable, and responsive to feedback
  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
