Appointment Setter

Primary responsibility will be to make contact with prospective customers and set appointments from leads. Excellent, fast paced, team oriented, work environment. We design and install custom storage solutions in Florida. Our team is growing and looking for team members to assist as we move to the next level!

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Setting appointments for our design team.
  • Ability to follow instructions. (Working from a script).
  • Reliability! Attendance is critical.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Organized & Detail oriented
  • Confident & Comfortable on the telephone.
  • Team collaborator
  • Miscellaneous Office functions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google sheets

The ideal candidate will have a high level of intelligence and is creative at finding solutions to accomplish tasks. This person should be an independent thinker and able to accomplish tasks with minimal guidance.
