• You will receive equity and or token allocation in DAOasis in exchange for your contribution during the early build phase

• You will work closely with the founding team to help bring the core product to MVP and investor readiness

• Upon successful funding, this role is intended to transition into a full salaried position, subject to mutual agreement and performance

• This is a long term opportunity for someone who wants ownership, influence, and upside, not just a contract

The Role

We are looking for an experienced App and Website Developer to take ownership of DAOasis’s digital product layer. This role sits at the centre of our ecosystem and works closely with the Founder, COO, Creative Director, and Marketing team.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling both our public facing website and the DAOasis Companion App, ensuring performance, security, and a seamless user experience.

What You Will Work On

Website Development

• Build and maintain the DAOasis website and future landing pages

• Implement responsive, mobile first design with strong performance and SEO

• Integrate CMS workflows for content, updates, and campaigns

• Support investor pages, legal pages, and gated content areas

• Ensure high security, speed, and reliability

App Development

• Develop the DAOasis Companion App for iOS and Android

• Implement user onboarding, authentication, and wallet connection flows

• Build habit tracking, progress dashboards, and reward logic

• Integrate wearable APIs such as WHOOP, Oura, or similar

• Connect app activity to the token reward engine

• Ensure privacy compliant data handling and secure architecture

Product & Documentation

• Support the founding team in shaping and refining the mobile app section of the DAOasis whitepaper, translating technical architecture, features, and user flows into clear, credible documentation for investors, partners, and auditors

Product and Infrastructure

• Work with Web3 engineers on token and wallet integrations

• Support API development and backend services

• Improve scalability and performance as user numbers grow

• Participate in technical decisions around architecture and tooling

What We Are Looking For

Must Haves

• Strong experience in mobile app development using React Native, Flutter, or similar

• Strong experience in modern web development using React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks

• Backend experience with Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, or similar

• Experience integrating third party APIs

• Solid understanding of authentication, security, and data privacy

• Ability to work independently in an early stage startup environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Web3, wallets, or blockchain integrations

• Experience with wearable or health data APIs

• Familiarity with token based reward systems or gamification

• Experience shipping MVPs and iterating quickly

• Comfort working alongside designers using Figma
