As we continue to expand, weβre looking for a talented Amazon PPC Manager with proven experience in DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to join our performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities1. Amazon PPC Campaign Management- Plan, launch, and optimise Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display) across multiple client accounts.
- Conduct deep keyword research and manage bids to improve efficiency.
- A/B test ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies.
- Manage monthly budgets and pacing across campaigns.
- Set up and run programmatic campaigns via Amazon DSP for both prospecting and retargeting.
- Build advanced audience segments using first- and third-party data.
- Analyse key performance indicators (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Use AMC to run custom queries that uncover client-specific customer journeys and attribution paths.
- Translate insights into meaningful strategy recommendations.
- Support client strategy presentations with AMC-backed performance analysis.
- Track and report KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) across accounts.
- Build visually compelling reports using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
- Present performance results, strategic insights, and recommendations in client-facing meetings.
- Stay on top of Amazon Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis for clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Bring fresh ideas to client strategies based on insights from the market.
- Work cross-functionally with account managers, creatives, and data analysts.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members when needed.
- Collaborate in pitch meetings and strategy sessions for new or existing clients.

- 3+ years' hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
- Confidence in managing client communication and expectations.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Amazon Ads certifications (DSP, Sponsored Ads) are desirable.
