Job Description:

Amazon Connect Developer should have experience in Contact Flows, Lambda integrations, telephony routing, call recording workflows, and two-way communication features with CRM systems
Experience with Salesforce Voice or Amazon Connect CTI Adapter, Knowledge of Amazon Lex, Polly, Kinesis, or QuickSight.
