Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Muvi, you will lead the development and management of some of our cutting-edge B2B SaaS products and modules. You will be the Product Manager for Muvi’s AI division, driving the strategy, ideation, and execution of AI-powered products and features such as generative AI tools, recommendation engines, video intelligence, and automation workflows. You will also own and manage other products and modules, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, deliver value to customers, and ensure alignment with Muvi’s overall product vision.

Responsibilities
  1. AI Product Ownership: Drive the ideation and development of AI-powered products and features such as recommendation engines, video intelligence, content moderation, LLM integrations, and more.
  2. AI Feature Lifecycle: Own the entire lifecycle of AI features – from ideation, prototyping, model integration, UX experimentation, to post-launch evaluation.
  3. AI Innovation & Ideation: Continuously explore and propose new AI-powered product ideas, enhancements, or workflows by staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and generative technologies — translating them into practical use cases that deliver value to Muvi’s customers.
  4. Product Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the products to maximize success in the market.
  1. Collaboration & Execution:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products on time.
  • Define and prioritize product features, ensuring user needs and business goals are met.
  1. Documentation and Requirement Management:
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), UI/UX wireframes, and user stories.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for features and processes to ensure clarity across teams.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to align product vision.
  • Present product updates and roadmaps to leadership and other stakeholders.
  1. Customer-Centric Development:
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze product performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure seamless user experience and feature scalability.
  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Support:
  • Assist in the launch of new products and features, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in product management or entrepreneurship, preferably in SaaS or streaming in a software product-based company.
  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology (or equivalent practical experience). An eagerness to learn and adapt is more important than formal qualifications.
  • Skills:
  • Product Management Expertise: Strong experience in crafting product strategies, PRDs, wireframes, and feature roadmaps, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with streaming technologies, cloud-based services, and software development processes, and the ability to learn new concepts faster.
  • UI/UX Understanding: Knowledge of user experience design principles and ability to work with designers to create intuitive interfaces.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Also, we prefer asynchronous over synchronous communication.
  • Problem Solving and Innovation: Proven ability to think strategically, resolve complex challenges, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Strong Work Ethic and Alignment: Demonstrates a commitment to high standards, accountability, and strong work ethics while aligning with the company’s culture, vision, and long-term goals.
  • Experience with AI Products: At least 1 year of experience working on or with AI/ML-based products, platforms, or tools. Prior exposure to integrating AI APIs or managing ML-based features is a plus.
  • AI/ML Knowledge & Tooling: Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals such as LLMs, computer vision, NLP/NLU, and generative models, along with familiarity with popular AI platforms and services like OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS SageMaker, or similar. Ability to evaluate and leverage these tools in practical product use cases.
