Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Operations Manager with an engineering background to scale the next evolution of an AI-native venture fund. This role blends software engineering, applied AI research, and product development to build and deploy AI-native products, applications, and agents that elevate decision-making across the investment team and support our portfolio.


You will contribute to both:


  1. Internal AI systems that augment sourcing, research, and diligence (core investment functions)
  2. External AI support for founders building frontier Web3 and AI products


Your work will center on Human-AI alignment, where AI is used to enhance and augment human-judgement, and where great investors and founders are supercharged by AI.


Job Description

  • Implementing AI-native engineering workflows across the investment team to enhance deal sourcing, research, due diligence, and execution
  • Designing and deploying internal LLM tools, agents, applications, and copilots that supercharge investment decision-making and elevate firm-wide execution
  • Deploying LLM tools, agents, applications, and copilots for portfolio companies
  • Supporting development of our databases, vector stores, and internal knowledge repositories to capture proprietary insights for AI workflows
  • Partnering with investment, data, and marketing teams to build real-time dashboards tracking token milestones, deal pipeline, and portfolio health
  • Deploying AI-augmented systems to improve portfolio reporting, OKR tracking, and internal communication processes


Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of AI-native engineering across core investment and fund operations
  • Build and manage AI agents, model workflows, prompt libraries, and internal GPT tools for research, due diligence, and knowledge management
  • Support token pipeline tracking through AI-augmented milestone-based evaluation criteria
  • Conduct technical research on frontier LLMs, agent frameworks, and other AI implementations for frontier deployment
  • Train and onboard team members on using AI-native workflows to enhance productivity and augment human judgment


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
  • Up to three years of work experience
  • Hands-on experience with AI infrastructure tools and model integration
  • Familiarity and passion for AI and crypto
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with both structured data and unstructured workflows
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across investment, operations, and founder teams
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to self-direct and build iteratively
