About the Role

AI CERTs™ is hiring recent IIT graduates who love building, fixing, and scaling AI-powered learning platforms. This is a remote-first, builder-centric role—perfect for those who want to turn their ideas into reality fast, without bureaucracy.

You’ll contribute to platforms like Certs365, Labs365, and Proctoring365, playing a direct role in our mission to skill 1 billion learners globally with cutting-edge AI certifications.

What You’ll Do

Build MVPs using GenAI tools like LLMs, LangChain, and RAG—then ship them fast.

Debug real-time user issues, squash bugs, and improve performance across our systems.

Collaborate on product flows that impact global learners.

Work with open-source tools and contribute to the community.

Continuously improve UX, onboarding, and certification journeys.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re only accepting IIT graduates (2023 or 2024 batch) who demonstrate:

✅ AI/ML Proficiency

Exposure to LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector databases.

GitHub repos, Kaggle medals, or hackathon demos.

✅ Builder Mindset

You've shipped something live—ideally within a month.

Product Hunt, Replit, or any working prototype counts.

✅ Product Thinking

You understand user pain points, love redesigning flows, and think like a PM.

✅ Fixer Mentality

You’ve opened GitHub issues or PRs in public repos or aggressively debugged your own.

✅ Systems Thinking

You see the big picture—how APIs, frontend, backend, and data all connect.

✅ Mission Alignment

You care about solving for skilling, accessibility, and AI-for-good—not just landing a job.

✅ Clear Communicator

You explain your tech choices well—in READMEs, blogs, or interviews.
