Position Overview
We are recruiting AI Interns for a 3-month paid internship, with a defined pathway to a Junior AI Specialist position upon successful completion. The role is fully remote; our office is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, though on-site presence is not required.
Interns are integrated into the team from the first day of engagement, contributing to live AI automation projects under the mentorship of experienced professionals. Work spans the full delivery cycle — from business requirements analysis and client collaboration through to the design and deployment of automations across low-code platforms and development environments. Learning is driven by direct involvement in real operational tasks rather than a predefined curriculum.
Upon successful completion, the scope and focus of the Junior AI Specialist role is determined in alignment with the intern's demonstrated strengths, professional interests, and current business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and deploying AI automations using AIConsole and related platforms
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional AI-driven workflows
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and support end-to-end project delivery
- Contributing to cross-functional AI projects across the full delivery lifecycle
- Producing technical documentation to support project delivery and knowledge transfer
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and think in systems
- Demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence — through personal projects, coursework, or professional experience
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of outcomes
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above
- Basic programming proficiency sufficient to work with APIs, write simple scripts, and understand data flows (Python or similar)
- Consistent availability throughout the internship period — working hours are flexible and agreed upon individually
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics (preferably 3rd year of bachelor's degree or above)
- Proficiency in Polish
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools — especially Claude Code, as well as Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Antigravity, Lovable, v0, or similar (highly valued)
- Proven experience with low-code and no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with data analysis or business process documentation
- Paid internship with a defined transition pathway to a Junior AI Specialist role
- Hands-on involvement in live client projects and AI automation delivery
- Mentorship from experienced AI professionals
