About Turbine

Turbine is building the infrastructure for the next generation of the web. We are moving fast. Over the next quarter, we are launching a series of aggressive Go-To-Market (GTM) experiments to scale our digital SaaS product.

We aren't looking for someone to manage a calendar. We are looking for a co-pilot to help us build the engine.

The Opportunity

This is an unpaid, educational internship designed to be a crash course in modern SaaS growth. You will not be fetching coffee; you will be in the trenches executing real campaigns.

Over the next 3 months, you will work directly with the founders to launch and manage a series of marketing experiences. You will see exactly how a B2B SaaS product goes from "zero to one."

If you crush it during this 3-month sprint, there is a strong possibility to transition into a paid position.

What You’ll Do

Execute GTM Experiments: Help us launch and iterate on marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Cold outreach, Content, Social, Programmatic SEO).
AI-First Content Creation: Leverage LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation tools to generate high-quality technical content and copy at scale.
Community & Outreach: Engage with communities and potential users to drive feedback and traction.
Data & Analytics: Track the performance of our launches and pivot strategies based on real data.

Who You Are (The Requirements)

AI Native: You don't just "use" ChatGPT. You understand prompt engineering, you know how to chain AI tools together, and you view AI as an extension of your brain.
EU/UK Based: You must be available during European business hours to sync with the team.
Exceptional Communicator: You write clean, compelling English. You can explain complex tech concepts simply.
Tech-Savvy: You understand the basics of the web, SaaS, and aren't afraid of new tools.
Hungry: You are willing to trade your time for a masterclass in digital entrepreneurship.
