What You’ll Do

· Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) for diverse applications.

· Implement distributed training techniques to scale models across GPU/TPU clusters.

· Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for production environments, ensuring efficiency and low latency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineers, product managers) to integrate models into real-world products.

· Stay updated with advancements in AI research (e.g., RLHF, model compression, few-shot learning) and propose improvements.

· Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, robustness, and ethical alignment.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

· 3+ years in deep learning, NLP, or LLM development.

· Have an education background of MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and distributed training frameworks (e.g., DeepSpeed, Horovod).

· Strong grasp of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM optimization (e.g., quantization, pruning).

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

· Familiarity with CUDA, parallel computing, and high-performance training/inference.

· Have confidence in your soft skills like problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and teamwork.

It Would Be Better If You Have…

· Publications in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).

· Experience with RLHF, multimodal models, or LLM deployment in production.

· Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
