This is a fully remote opportunity based in the United States.

In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to create emotionally resonant visual sequences that support trailer editors and animatic development. You'll collaborate with creative leads to maintain a cinematic, documentary-style tone while working autonomously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

AI Creative Art Director Responsibilities:

Interpret storyboards, scripts, and visual references to generate compelling and emotionally resonant visual sequences using AI tools.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to maintain cinematic realism and a documentary-style tone across shots.
Create daily batches of AI-generated video and image clips (“virtual dailies”) to support trailer editors and animatic development.
Work from a storyboard-driven animatic as a guiding blueprint for pacing, mood, and shot composition.
Contribute creative problem-solving around prompt engineering and visual storytelling using cutting-edge tools.

AI Creative Art Director Qualifications:

Proven background in trailer, promo, or campaign development in a Motion Designer, AD, or CD capacity.
Deep familiarity with generative AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora-style video models, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.
Strong understanding of cinematic language, realism, and documentary-style aesthetics.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with directors and editors in a fast-paced creative environment.
Strong visual communication and storytelling instincts.
