About the Role


We are looking for an AI Automation & Agent Operations Lead with deep expertise in OpenClaw (or similar multi-agent systems) to help us automate and scale how the company runs.

This is not a traditional ops role.

You will design and deploy AI agents that replace manual work across the business — from customer communication to competitive intelligence.

Your goal:

What You’ll Own


You will build and manage AI agents that operate across:


1. Customer Communication Automation


  • Discord community monitoring and auto-response agents
  • WhatsApp customer engagement and support automation
  • Support inbox (email) triage, responses, and escalation
  • FAQ handling and knowledge base integration


2. Growth & Content Automation


  • Newsletter generation and distribution workflows
  • Social listening across platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Automated content insights and trend detection
  • Repurposing customer conversations into content


3. Market & Competitor Intelligence


  • Competitor tracking (features, pricing, positioning)
  • Reddit research and community signal mining
  • Monitoring review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, etc.)
  • Aggregating customer sentiment and feedback loops


4. Internal Operations Automation


  • Automating repetitive internal workflows across teams
  • Connecting tools (CRM, product, analytics, support)
  • Building systems that reduce human intervention
  • Creating agent “handoffs” and orchestration logic


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, build, and scale multi-agent workflows using OpenClaw
  • Orchestrate multiple AI agents that collaborate and share context
  • Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
  • Replace manual workflows with autonomous AI systems
  • Continuously optimize agents for speed, cost, and accuracy
  • Monitor agent performance and improve reliability over time
  • Work directly with founders, product, and growth to identify automation opportunities
  • Document systems for scalability and future team expansion


Required Skills & Experience


  • 3–6 years in automation, systems, or technical operations roles
  • Experience with OpenClaw OR similar multi-agent / orchestration tools
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom workflows
  • Ability to design end-to-end automation systems (not just tasks)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, async startup environments


Strong Bonus (High Priority)


  • Hands-on experience with multi-agent AI systems
  • Experience automating:
  • Discord / WhatsApp communities
  • Support email workflows
  • Reddit scraping or social listening
  • Review site monitoring (G2, Capterra, etc.)
  • Basic coding (Python, JavaScript)
  • Experience with LLMs, prompts, and context management
  • Understanding of cost optimization (tokens, API usage, etc.)
