AI & Automation Specialist (Part-Time / Freelance)

Remote (must be responsive to Dubai/Europe time zone)

Part-Time (starting 5–10 hours/week, with potential to grow)

About Us

We run a fast-growing online Norwegian language school with over 100 active students and a strong community presence. We’re scaling operations and want to automate key workflows — from onboarding to student feedback to marketing funnels — using tools like Make, GPT, and WhatsApp API.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founder to design, build, and optimize smart automation systems that make the business run smoother and scale faster — without needing to code from scratch.

What You’ll Do

* Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, GPT-4, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp API

* Connect apps and create flows for onboarding, feedback, automated WhatsApp follow-ups, and sales funnels

* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot when needed

* Propose smarter workflows to boost efficiency and growth

* Document everything clearly with Loom, Notion, or simple instructions

What We’re Looking For

* Experience with automation tools like Make.com and Zapier

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and OpenAI

* Ability to connect tools via APIs and webhooks

* Strong sense for systems, structure, and optimization

* Communicative, reliable, and proactive

* Bonus if you have experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRMs, or education platforms

Compensation

* Hourly (based on experience)
