Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Senior Behavioral Digital Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This role is focused on evaluating user behavior, informing UX design decisions, and translating complex digital data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics and visualization, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to align analytical outputs with business goals.
Education & Certification:
- Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Preferred Certifications:
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Business Practitioner Professional Certification
Experience:
- Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics
- Strong background in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Proven experience in critically evaluating designs to ensure alignment with business goals and performance
- Expertise in data visualization to convey value independent of sales data
- Demonstrated understanding of digital analytics implementation
- Experience with UX design principles
- Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience creating custom projects using Adobe CJA
- Background in the health care industry
- Proficiency with wireframe/mockup tools (e.g., Miro, Figma)
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
