Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective parents and students to provide information about Spellzee’s programs, guide them through the enrollment process, and address inquiries or concerns. The role involves conducting consultation calls, maintaining accurate records of communications, and providing exceptional customer service while promoting Spellzee’s offerings effectively. The Admission Counselor will be a key point of contact to ensure a smooth admission experience for families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with interested parents via calls
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up with warm inquiries
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with academic & support teams
  • Contribute towards monthly enrollment goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Business Development / Relationship Management / Counseling
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Tamil speaking candidates preferred
  • Strong listening and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and target-conscious mindset
