Epic Wings (epicwings.com) is a fast-growing, fast casual restaurant concept known for bold flavors and unforgettable guest experiences. We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support digital customer relations, assist with marketing operations, coordinate special projects, and manage social media presence for national and local markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital & Online Customer Support
• Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries, comments, and reviews via email, social media platforms, and review sites (e.g., Yelp, Google, Facebook) in alignment with Epic Wings' brand voice.
• Track recurring issues, customer sentiment, and escalate critical feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
• Assist with the coordination of loyalty program communications and digital customer service initiatives.
Marketing Department Support
• Support campaign logistics including scheduling, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain internal marketing documentation, calendars, and digital asset libraries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, community events, and brand partnerships.
•Create and manage local social media accounts for new and existing markets in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
• Regularly post location-specific content, respond to DMs/comments, and engage with local audiences to enhance community visibility.
Special Projects Coordination
• Assist cross-functional teams on strategic projects such as new restaurant open promotional rollouts, and regional campaigns.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations to support marketing and operations initiatives.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with internal communications and documentation across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative, marketing support, or customer service (restaurant/hospitality industry highly preferred).
• Demonstrated familiarity with social media management, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Experience creating and managing social media accounts and location-based digital content.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong follow-through.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Monday.com is a plus.
Education
• High school diploma required.
