Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing company policies and procedures, with a focus on health and safety compliance.
- Maintain and organize company documentation, including safety manuals, incident reports, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure health and safety standards are being followed.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and data entry.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks by preparing relevant documents and reports.
- Organize health and safety training schedules, attendance, and materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of records and reports.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, with at least 1 year focused on health and safety support.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in updating and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (formulas, formatting, tables, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
