Administrative Assistant


About the Role

Asia Safety Protection is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow across departments, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting the Operations with administrative needs. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Administrative Support

  • Assist with routine administrative tasks to support overall operations.
  • Manage schedules, calendar appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, documents).
  • Coordinate internal communications and reminders.


2. Documentation & Filing

  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Prepare, update, and archive company documents, reports, and administrative records.
  • Ensure all files are properly labelled, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and internal documentation.


3. Administrative Coordination

  • Monitor administrative communication on projects and ensure updates and information are properly relayed to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for administrative matters.


4. Administrative Reporting

  • Assist in tracking documents, preparing administrative reports, and monitoring basic operational data.
  • Compile information for management review when required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in administrative roles is a strong advantage.
  • Preferably C1-level English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
  • Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
