Availability
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Remote
- Training Period: Part-time for the first two weeks (schedule to be coordinated).
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Data Coordination and Management: Gather analytics from campaign teams, organize information, and ensure timely reporting to support decision-making.
- Meeting and Schedule Management: Organize meetings, manage schedules, and ensure appropriate follow-ups with clients and teams.
- Task Tracking: Monitor progress on tasks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide reminders for deadlines and deliverables.
- Information Organization: Develop efficient systems for storing and accessing key data using tools like Google Sheets and Box.com.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of general administrative tasks, including coordinating calls and preparing documents.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years in a similar administrative or operations role, with a preference for experience in high-pressure environments.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Basic technical proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Meet), Box.com, and email platforms.
Language Requirement:
- English proficiency at C2 level (must be fluent).

Compensation and Benefits
