Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, managing emails, working with word/pdf/ppt, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and coordinating with executives.


The Administrative Assistant will also engage in written and verbal communication across multiple channels to support daily operations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • A high school diploma required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Experience with Avetta and/or ISN is a plus
  • Commision will be given when services are sold to new clients
