Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide executive-level support, and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include handling professional correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, maintaining records, and supporting executives in clerical and organizational tasks. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities to facilitate efficient workflow and support business activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills for managing schedules, meetings, and records
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to manage correspondence and client interactions
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in office tools and software is a plus
