Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication, organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence, and assisting with data entry, document management, and team coordination.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and document management
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
