Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling phone calls with professional phone etiquette, and performing various clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.

  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
