Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant. The Accountant will manage financial records, oversee bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in budget preparation. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Financial Accounting and General Ledger maintenance
  • Experience with Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Forecasting
  • Competence in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation processes
  • Knowledge of Compliance with Financial Regulations and Tax Laws
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with global financial practices and multi-currency accounting is an advantage
