What we’re looking for:

The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to grow the business within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities—what you'll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Account Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver consistent and high-quality service to clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, including key metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues and challenges, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide recommendations for service improvements.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, account performance, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
