Account Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a target customer database, including contractors, developers, architects, and engineering firms.
  • Achieve the sales target and adjust the sales strategy based on the local market.
  • Maintain all customer contact information in Salesforce CRM and ensure data accuracy and updates.
  • Follow the sales funnel process to track and manage business opportunities, ensuring consistent sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Know-how knowledge of the company products; Understand and communicate the value proposition of the company products.
  • Identifying customer requirements, cultivating customer relationships, and promoting the company software products to potential commercial clients.
  • Prepare sales contracts in compliance with company policies and ensure timely approvals.
  • Follow up on payments, coordinate with finance teams, and ensure on time collections.
  • Assist in after-sales service, addressing customer inquiries and coordinating with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product demonstrations, trainings and consultative sales to showcase the value of the software solutions.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns and increase brand awareness.The marketing activities include but not limited to workshop, webinar, launch event etc.  
  • Deliver commercial speeches at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops to promote the company’s solutions and establish thought leadership.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support overall business operations. 


Requirements:

  • 2 years and above working experience in related field.
  • Industry Background: Experience in construction or IT software/SaaS/IT solution.
  • Language: Fluent in English.


Working hours: Monday - Friday


Location: Work from home based


Salary Range: THB 3-50,000/month
