Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and act as a primary point of contact for queries. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, overseeing account onboarding and management, resolving customer concerns, and encouraging collaborative communication between the team and clients. The position also involves providing updates to clients regarding their applications and facilitating a smooth service delivery process.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving
- Skills in customer support and addressing client inquiries professionally and effectively
- Proficiency in administrative software and tools such as Microsoft Office or CRM systems
- Familiarity with immigration procedures and relevant regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setup
