Role Description


We’re looking for a fully bilingual Account Manager (English & French) to join our team in a part-time, 100% remote role based in Canada.


In this position, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients within the Québec market, helping ensure their programs run smoothly while delivering the high level of service AC Waste Services is known for.


Your day-to-day work will focus on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating solutions that make their operations easier. You’ll manage account activities, oversee service requests, monitor performance, and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.


This role also includes supporting and implementing special client projects, working closely with internal team members and service partners to bring new initiatives, service improvements, and operational solutions to life.

Qualifications

  • Account management, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Budget management and cost analysis expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of waste management practices and equipment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Wookplace and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and maintain effective remote communicationm
