QueSee AI is an AI-powered Retention & CX Quality Intelligence Platform built for BSPs (broadband service providers). We unify calls, CRM, and network data to give support, retention, and leadership teams the 100% observability they need to slash churn and build an exceptional customer experience.


We launched publicly in October 2025 and have been growing fast with zero churn.


The Role


You'll be QueSee's primary revenue driver, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through close for small-to-mid-size ISPs, WISPs, and broadband operators across the US and Canada.


Our co-founders are deeply embedded in the ISP community and generate warm introductions at every major trade show. Your job: convert those introductions — plus your own outbound pipeline — into signed customers.


What You'll Do

  • Own an annual new-business quota, closing new ISP customers at $15K–$100K ACV
  • Convert warm leads from co-founder trade show introductions and partner referrals
  • Build additional pipeline through outbound prospecting and ISP community engagement
  • Run consultative demos using QueSee's CX Report, translating AI analytics into ISP-specific ROI: churn reduction, agent performance, revenue protection, upsell opportunities.
  • Manage deals through HubSpot from MQL to close with BANT qualification
  • Represent QueSee at 4–6 industry events per year (Calix Connections, Fiber Connect, NTCA, WISP America)
  • Provide frontline market feedback to shape product roadmap and pricing


What You Bring Must-Have:

  • Proven track record exceeding quota in full-cycle SaaS sales (prospecting through close)
  • Experience closing $15K–$100K ACV deals with 3–6 month sales cycles
  • Strong outbound pipeline generation — you create opportunities, not wait for them
  • Comfort selling to owner-operators, CEOs, and VPs of Operations
  • Self-directed and resourceful — energized by building without a big team behind you


Strong Preference:

  • ISP, telecom, or broadband industry knowledge
  • Experience at a company with fewer than 50 employees
  • Active in the ISP community (WISPA, FBA, FISPA, NTCA)


Nice-to-Have:

  • Channel/partner sales experience in the ISP ecosystem
  • Background in AI, analytics, or conversation intelligence platforms


What Success Looks Like

  • First 30 days: Product immersion, build your ISP target list, attend your first event/trade show with co-founders
  • First 90 days: Build a healthy pipeline, close your first customers, develop a repeatable demo-to-close playbook
  • First 12 months: Hit or exceed quota, develop channel partner relationships, become a recognized presence in the ISP vendor community


Compensation

  • Base: $70,000–$84,000 USD/year
  • OTE: $150,000–$168,000+ USD/year (uncapped commission)
  • Full OTE guaranteed during 2-month ramp
  • Travel budget for 4–6 industry events/year
  • Remote-first, flexible hours
  • Direct access to all three co-founders — a seat at the table, not a number on a spreadsheet
