Accountabilities
- Create and update course shells in the LMS according to universal design standards.
- Consult on LMS capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders on course development.
- Independently manage the curriculum feedback ticketing system.
- Ensure course catalog compliance with clarity and formatting standards.
- Review content for alignment with Quality Matters standards.
- HTML/coding experience.
- Degree or certification in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience in professional or academic editing/proofreading.
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Ability to report on data and manage multiple projects independently.
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and/or Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
