Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Coach. As an Academic Coach, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students through their educational journey, providing tailored feedback, and offering structured coaching sessions to achieve their learning goals. The role involves facilitating academic sessions, delivering subject-specific expertise, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Ensuring that students meet academic milestones and develop critical skills will be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Academic Coaching and Coaching to guide and support learners effectively
Strong Communication skills to clearly convey concepts and provide constructive feedback
Educational experience and expertise in Mathematics to assist students in relevant areas
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Background in education or a related field, with a formal degree or equivalent qualification
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with e-learning platforms and familiarity with project-based learning methodologies is a plus
