Building Force Solutions is growing and we’re looking for a driven 1099 sales professional to help expand our client base across the United States.


This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. If you are confident starting conversations, building trust, and closing advisory service engagements, this could be a strong fit.


What You’ll Be Selling


We provide Fractional HR solutions to small and mid-sized organizations across a variety of industries. Our focus is helping companies build strong people systems, stay compliant, and create structure as they grow.


We are industry agnostic. Our typical client size ranges from 5 to 150 employees, though we also partner with larger organizations when the need is right. We operate nationwide, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
