𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Backer.
  • The Social Media Backer will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to user interactions to increase brand visibility.
  • The role also involves campaign planning, market research, and collaborating with different teams to execute social media strategies effectively.


𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:

  • Experience in Social Media Management, including creating, scheduling, and optimizing posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Design to create compelling and brand-aligned materials
  • Analytical and Research skills to monitor engagement data, trends, and performance metrics for informed decision-making
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and engage with online audiences
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices to enhance content performance
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to changing trends and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Hootsuite, Canva, or equivalent technology is a plus

  • Good command of the English language
  • Must be 18 years of age and above
