BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter 2 to support our client’s talent acquisition team in a fast-paced, remote setting. If you thrive in a high-volume, high-impact environment and are passionate about sourcing exceptional talent, we want to hear from you!

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Engage and nurture candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle to maintain a robust pipeline
Screen and connect with candidates regarding open roles and future opportunities
Execute hiring strategies to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and candidate experience
Utilize Boolean search and other sourcing tools/platforms to locate top talent
Maintain compliance with all hiring practices and legal requirements

✅ Requirements:

3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience OR a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Deep understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of recruiting laws, practices, and systems
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and recruiting platforms

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
Experience recruiting for large-scale technology companies
Adaptability in evolving recruitment processes and systems
