Accountabilities
- Lead and provide technical leadership for enterprise-level software implementations, upgrades, and migrations for our customers.
- Spearhead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from Statements of Work to managing budgets and coordinating teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and manage project dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the project duration.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Team player with strong initiative and independent thinking.
- Technical proficiency with Google Product Suite, Salesforce/Kantata, and Smartsheet.
